本说明书面向第一次使用本设备的用户，按“开机、联网、绑定咖啡机、连接蓝牙秤、设置定量萃取、查看萃取曲线、维护与排障”的顺序说明完整操作流程。

This manual is written for first-time users. It explains power, Wi-Fi setup, La Marzocco cloud binding, scale pairing, shot target setup, extraction curves, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

1. 设备组成与工作原理1. System Overview

定量萃取芯片Shot Dosing Chip

定量萃取芯片安装在咖啡机内部或控制线路附近，负责连接蓝牙秤、读取实时克重，并在达到目标克重时向咖啡机发出停止萃取指令。它保存目标克重、蓝牙秤开关状态和萃取控制参数。

The Shot Dosing Chip is installed inside or near the machine control wiring. It connects to the Bluetooth scale, reads live weight, and sends the stop command to the espresso machine when the target yield is reached. It stores the target weight, scale pairing state, and control parameters.

辣妈无线遥控器Wireless Remote

辣妈无线遥控器是带触摸屏的主控界面，负责 Wi-Fi、La Marzocco 云端账户、咖啡机状态同步、锅炉和预浸泡设置、定量萃取目标设置、萃取曲线显示等功能。

The Wireless Remote is the touch-screen control interface. It handles Wi-Fi, La Marzocco cloud login, machine state sync, boiler and prebrewing settings, shot target editing, and extraction curve display.

蓝牙秤Bluetooth Scale

蓝牙秤由定量萃取芯片主动连接。萃取过程中，克重数据会实时传给辣妈无线遥控器，并用于判断何时停止萃取。临时做手冲时，可以关闭蓝牙秤配对功能，让手机 App 连接蓝牙秤。

The scale is connected by the Shot Dosing Chip. During extraction, live weight is forwarded to the Wireless Remote and used for automatic stop. When you need the scale for pour-over apps, disable scale pairing so a phone app can connect to it.

2. 使用前准备2. Before Use

  1. 确认咖啡机已通电，定量萃取芯片已正确接入咖啡机控制线路。
  2. 确认蓝牙秤电量充足，并放在咖啡机萃取区域下方。
  3. 确认辣妈无线遥控器电量充足，或接入 USB-C 供电。
  4. 准备家庭 Wi-Fi 名称和密码。建议使用 2.4GHz Wi-Fi。
  5. 准备 La Marzocco 官方账户邮箱和密码，并确认账户下已经绑定咖啡机。
  1. Make sure the espresso machine is powered and the Shot Dosing Chip is correctly wired.
  2. Charge the Bluetooth scale and place it under the group head.
  3. Charge the Wireless Remote or connect USB-C power.
  4. Prepare your home Wi-Fi SSID and password. A stable 2.4GHz network is recommended.
  5. Prepare the La Marzocco account email and password, and confirm the machine is already bound in the official app.
重要：Important: 蓝牙秤同一时间通常只能稳定连接一个主机。开启定量萃取时，请不要让手机 App 抢先连接蓝牙秤。A Bluetooth scale usually keeps only one stable host connection. For automatic dosing, do not let a phone app connect to the scale first.

3. 开机、关机与实体按键3. Power and Buttons

按键Button操作Action作用Function
PWR短按Short press点亮或熄灭屏幕，后台连接可继续保持。Turn the screen on or off. Background connections can remain active.
PWR长按 2 秒以上Hold 2 seconds or longer开机或关机。关机状态下插入电源时默认只充电，需要长按 PWR 才开机。Power on or power off. When plugged in while powered off, the unit charges only; hold PWR to boot.
BOOT短按Short press调出或退出最近一次萃取曲线。Show or exit the latest extraction curve.
BOOT长按 2 秒以上Hold 2 seconds or longer播放最近一次萃取曲线的动态回放，松手后回放继续。Replay the latest extraction curve animation. Playback continues after release.

4. 首次联网与后台门户4. First Wi-Fi Setup and Portal

  1. 全新设备或网络复位后，辣妈无线遥控器会启动设置热点。
  2. 用手机或电脑连接 LM-CTRL-XXXX 或 LM-CTRL-SETUP 热点。
  3. 浏览器访问屏幕显示地址，常见为 http://192.168.4.1/。
  4. 在后台门户选择家庭 Wi-Fi，输入密码并保存。
  5. 设备接入家庭 Wi-Fi 后，屏幕会显示局域网 IP。
  1. After first boot or network reset, the Wireless Remote starts a setup hotspot.
  2. Connect your phone or computer to LM-CTRL-XXXX or LM-CTRL-SETUP.
  3. Open the address shown on the screen, commonly http://192.168.4.1/.
  4. Select your home Wi-Fi, enter the password, and save.
  5. After joining Wi-Fi, the screen shows the local LAN IP address.
接入家庭 Wi-Fi 后，请在同一局域网访问屏幕显示的内网地址，例如 http://192.168.88.37/。After Wi-Fi setup, open the LAN address shown on the screen from the same local network, for example http://192.168.88.37/.

5. 绑定 La Marzocco 云端咖啡机5. Bind the La Marzocco Cloud Machine

  1. 确认辣妈无线遥控器已经连接家庭 Wi-Fi。
  2. 进入后台门户，找到 La Marzocco Cloud 设置区域。
  3. 输入官方账户邮箱和密码，保存。
  4. 等待账户验证成功并加载机器列表。
  5. 如果账户下有多台机器，请选择当前要控制的咖啡机。
  1. Make sure the Wireless Remote is connected to home Wi-Fi.
  2. Open the portal and find the La Marzocco Cloud section.
  3. Enter the official account email and password, then save.
  4. Wait for account verification and machine list loading.
  5. If several machines are available, select the machine to control.
咖啡机加载成功后，顶部会显示机器挂载图标；掉线或未加载时，该图标会消失。After the machine is loaded, the mounted-machine icon appears at the top. It disappears when offline or not loaded.

7. 六个控制页面说明7. Six Control Pages

主界面通过左右滑动切换页面。多数页面支持点击屏幕左半边减小数值、点击右半边增大数值；滑动用于换页，点击用于调整。

Swipe left or right to switch pages. On most pages, tap the left half to decrease and the right half to increase. Swipe changes pages; tap adjusts values.

8. 定量萃取目标设置8. Shot Target Setup

  1. 切换到“定量萃取”页面。
  2. 点击左半边，目标克重减少 0.5g。
  3. 点击右半边，目标克重增加 0.5g。
  4. 长按左半边或右半边，可快速连续减少或增加。
  5. 数值会写入定量萃取芯片，并持久保存。
  1. Go to the Shot Target page.
  2. Tap the left half to decrease by 0.5g.
  3. Tap the right half to increase by 0.5g.
  4. Hold either side for fast continuous adjustment.
  5. The value is written to the Shot Dosing Chip and stored persistently.
目标克重范围为 1.0g 到 99.0g。常用 18g 粉量可从 36.0g 附近开始。Target range is 1.0g to 99.0g. For an 18g dose, 36.0g is a common starting point.

9. 蓝牙秤手动设置9. Manual Scale Control

该功能用于避免定量萃取芯片抢先连接蓝牙秤，让蓝牙秤可临时给手机或第三方 App 使用。

Use this feature when you want to prevent the Shot Dosing Chip from grabbing the scale, so the scale can be used by a phone or third-party app.

  1. 切换到“定量萃取”页面。
  2. 长按页面 3 秒。
  3. 弹出蓝牙秤设置界面。
  1. Go to the Shot Target page.
  2. Hold the page for 3 seconds.
  3. The scale settings panel appears.

蓝牙秤已配对Scale paired断开蓝牙秤Disconnect Scale断开并关闭主动扫描。Disconnect and stop active scanning.
蓝牙秤功能已关闭Scale disabled启用蓝牙秤Enable Scale恢复扫描和配对。Resume scanning and pairing.
点击按钮后请重启蓝牙秤，让蓝牙广播重新开始。退出方式：任意滑动，或点击按钮以外区域。After pressing the button, restart the scale so advertising starts again. Exit by swiping anywhere or tapping outside the button.

10. 一次标准萃取流程10. Standard Shot Workflow

  1. 确认咖啡机已预热，冲煮锅炉温度稳定。
  2. 确认 Wi-Fi、机器加载、定量萃取芯片状态正常。
  3. 设置好目标克重。
  4. 打开蓝牙秤，等待定量萃取芯片连接。
  5. 放上杯子并去皮。
  6. 启动萃取。
  7. 萃取开始后，辣妈无线遥控器自动弹出曲线界面。
  8. 达到目标克重附近时，定量萃取芯片发出停止指令。
  9. 曲线保留约 15 秒后自动退出。
  1. Make sure the machine is warm and the coffee boiler temperature is stable.
  2. Check Wi-Fi, machine loaded state, and Shot Dosing Chip status.
  3. Set the target yield.
  4. Turn on the scale and wait for the Shot Dosing Chip to connect.
  5. Place the cup and tare if needed.
  6. Start extraction.
  7. The Wireless Remote shows the curve automatically.
  8. Near target yield, the Shot Dosing Chip sends the stop command.
  9. The curve stays for about 15 seconds and exits automatically.

11. 萃取曲线界面11. Extraction Curve

元素Element说明Description
Logo顶部保留品牌标识。Brand logo area at the top.
流速 / 用时Flow / Time显示当前流速和萃取用时。Shows live flow rate and extraction time.
萃取日期Shot date显示本次萃取日期和时间，联网后优先使用网络时间。Shows shot date and time, using network time when available.
实际克重 / 定量值Actual / Target显示实时克重和目标克重。Shows live weight and target weight.
X / YX 轴表示时间，从左向右推进；Y 轴表示克重，从下向上增长。X axis is time, moving left to right. Y axis is weight, moving upward.

12. 配方预设12. Recipe Presets

后台门户可保存多个配方预设，用于快速切换名称、冲煮锅炉温度、预浸泡开启和关闭时间。

The portal can store multiple recipe presets for name, coffee boiler temperature, prebrew-on time, and prebrew-off time.

推荐默认预设Recommended default关闭预浸泡，93.0℃，预浸泡开启 0 秒，预浸泡关闭 0 秒。Prebrewing disabled, 93.0℃, prebrew-on 0s, prebrew-off 0s.

开启和关闭都为 0 时表示关闭预浸泡，界面显示 OFF。

When both prebrew values are 0, prebrewing is disabled and the UI shows OFF.

13. 后台门户功能13. Portal Functions

功能Function用途Purpose
Wi-Fi选择家庭 Wi-Fi、保存密码、重新联网。Select Wi-Fi, save password, reconnect.
Cloud保存 La Marzocco 账户，加载并选择咖啡机。Save La Marzocco account, load and select machine.
配方Recipes编辑温度和预浸泡方案。Edit temperature and prebrewing recipes.
Logo上传或恢复品牌图形。Upload or restore the brand graphic.
萃取计时Shot Timer已安装定量萃取芯片时默认强制关闭，避免两个萃取界面。Forced off by default when the Shot Dosing Chip is installed to avoid duplicate shot overlays.
诊断Diagnostics查看 Wi-Fi、云端、咖啡机、蓝牙和定量萃取芯片连接状态。View Wi-Fi, cloud, machine, BLE, and Shot Dosing Chip status.

14. 网络复位与重新配置14. Network Reset

网络复位会清除 Wi-Fi、云账户和机器选择，使设备重新进入初始化设置流程。

Network reset clears Wi-Fi, cloud account, and machine selection, then returns the device to setup mode.

  1. 进入已经联网后的设置页面。
  2. 长按本页面 3 秒，进入网络复位确认界面。
  3. 继续长按 8 秒，进度条走满后自动清除网络设置。
  4. 设备回到新密码设置或初始化配网界面。
  1. Open the settings page after the device has joined Wi-Fi.
  2. Hold the page for 3 seconds to open network reset confirmation.
  3. Keep holding for 8 seconds until the progress bar completes.
  4. The device returns to password setup or initial Wi-Fi setup.
初始化 AP 模式下不会显示或启用网络复位提示；只有已接入 Wi-Fi 后才出现。In initial AP setup mode, the network reset hint and action are hidden. They appear only after Wi-Fi has been configured.

无法打开后台门户Cannot open the portal

  1. 确认手机或电脑与辣妈无线遥控器在同一局域网。
  2. 访问屏幕显示的内网 IP。
  3. 初始 AP 模式下，连接 LM-CTRL-XXXX 后访问 192.168.4.1。
  4. 仍无法访问时，重启辣妈无线遥控器。
  1. Make sure your phone/computer and Wireless Remote are on the same LAN.
  2. Open the IP shown on screen.
  3. In AP setup mode, connect to LM-CTRL-XXXX and open 192.168.4.1.
  4. If still unavailable, restart the Wireless Remote.

云端咖啡机无法加载Cloud machine does not load

  1. 确认官方 App 中能看到咖啡机。
  2. 确认邮箱和密码正确。
  3. 确认设备可访问互联网。
  4. 在门户重新保存云账户并刷新机器列表。
  1. Confirm the machine is visible in the official app.
  2. Check email and password.
  3. Confirm the device has internet access.
  4. Save the cloud account again and reload the machine list.

定量萃取页面不出现Shot Target page does not appear

  1. 确认定量萃取芯片已通电。
  2. 让辣妈无线遥控器靠近定量萃取芯片。
  3. 重启两个设备并等待重新扫描。
  1. Make sure the Shot Dosing Chip is powered.
  2. Move the Wireless Remote closer to the chip.
  3. Restart both devices and wait for scanning.

萃取曲线没有弹出Extraction curve does not appear

  1. 确认定量萃取芯片在线。
  2. 确认蓝牙秤已连接并有实时克重变化。
  3. 如果提示“蓝牙秤未连接”，先恢复蓝牙秤连接。
  1. Confirm the Shot Dosing Chip is online.
  2. Confirm the scale is connected and live weight changes.
  3. If “Scale not connected” appears, restore scale connection first.
